[SOLVED] Installation issues

I'm have all sorts of issues with my CBSubs instal. I'm running J3.3.6 with CB 1.9.1 and have installed and enabled all the files/plugins in the CBSubs GPL 3.0 package

I can't save anything in the Subs Configuration, only getting a 403 Forbidden error when I try to save, and I get error messages in every section of Subs with error reporting set to max.


This is what I get in the main CB Subs Payment Center:

CB plugins database checks done. If all lines above are in green, test completed successfully. Otherwise, please take corrective measures proposed in red.

This is starting to get desperate!

Perhaps I should just upgrade to CB2.0 and hope it all just goes away!!!

I have upgraded to CB 2.0.6 running J 3.3.6 and still having the same issue. Whenever I go to Community Builder > Plugin Management > CB Paid Subscriptions > Settings I cannot Save, Apply or Close. All I get is:
403 Forbidden - Access to this resource on the server is denied!

I have installed & enabled every CB 2.0 plugin and all CB Subs plugins (4.0.0-rc.1 .)

Can someone PLEASE help!

First of all, I'm really sorry for the unusually slow reply here during these extremely busy time in our team and and also at Joomla.

The deprecated message was due to using old CB 1.9.1 on a PHP version that wasn't supported (and could have been safely turned off in php settings). But as you updated to CB 2.0.6 latest, that fixed that one.

Regarding the saving of CB Settings, such a 403 error is due to server setting itself, not to CBSubs. My first guess is that a PHP setting (like maximum number of POST parameters) or a Apache webserver setting or security plugin (like mod_security) is triggered. That is best seen with logging into cpanel and taking a look at Apache or PHP error log.
