Checkout breakup

A user selects a subscription on his profile. Than he click on upgrade. If the user now breakup the checkout, in his profile the radio buttons from the two posible subscriptions are missing now. It said that "Not yet paid" and a button "Pay now". So how can I deactivate this "Memory Function"??

I want in every case that the user can chose between the available subscritions with radio buttons (not with checkboxes... the user should only be able to select one).

Can someone help?

In the next step he do not complete the order process and clicks to a other site, for example on "Home" or "Contact" or something. Than later on the subscription overview he see that:


Can I deactivate this "memory" function? I want in every case the look from the first screenshot. Is that possible?



By the way. Now I get a little warning if the user choses the first time a subscription.


I get this warning if I change the time format in the CB configuration from "mm/dd/yyyy" to "dd/mm/yyyy". I have checked the code from the new CB 2.0.5 version (because I had 2.0.4 and many changes in the core files, so a quick update is at this moment not possible for me.) from the "CBLib\CB\Legacy\CBframework.php on line 1413". The code is the same, so I think the new version would have the same warning. Any ideas to this warning?
