Multiple Error Messages on Registration

On the website thereservebench.com , Once registration information is entered and it goes to the invoicing page, I am getting the following errors as shown in the attached screenshot file. I have added them here as well for others who may have an idea on how to fix it.

Error #1: Warning: stripslashes() expects parameter 1 to be string, array given in /home/thereser/public_html/libraries/CBLib/CBLib/AhaWow/Controller/ActionController.php on line 709

Error#2: ERROR: fromxpathnode does not match /cbxml/editinvoiceintegration/* in /home/thereser/public_html/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_cbpaidsubscriptions/plugin/cbsubstax/validations/tax_eu/xml/edit.invoice.xml

If you are using CB 2.0+ and CBSubs 4.0 RC1 please upgrade to latest CBSubs nightly release from here and retest:

Are you using the latest CBSubs 4.0 RC1 nightly build?

I upgraded to the nightly build, but now am receiving this error message:

Error
Chosen plans combination is not allowed (you must choose coherent plans selection, e.g. mandatory subscription(s) must be active or mandatory plan(s) must be chosen).

Nothing has changed from before in terms of settings.

I cannot get past it to see if it fixed the original problem as of yet. Any ideas here?

Any chance you may have had a chance to look at this issue?
