I just have a big problem with Paypal autorecurring...
I have a lot of users who have a membership on my homepage since years. Now in November the money was transfered via Paypal correctly but there is no info in Cb Subs.
I was in CB Subs backend yesterday and after that a lot of Emails were send in there the users are informed about the end of the memberships. Also the recurring memberships was end!!!
New Paypal subscriptions also work fine.
Now the users are angry, because they paid and now they are informed that the membership ends...
And how can I reactivate there accounts or there Paypal subscriptions?
Did their subscriptions renew fine? If they did then there's nothing wrong except your subscriptions missing a grace period. Plans should have around 3 day grace period to account for PayPal delay. PayPal can delay an IPN for up to 48 hours, which can temporarily cause users to expire. Having a grace periods prevents this from happening. I suggest editing your plans and adding a 3 day grace period and it should prevent this from happening for future subscriptions. I'm pretty sure it won't work for existing subscriptions though.

No, they don't renew fine. The subscription end and I don't know why.
They paid via Paypal and now I have no change to renew there subscription?
Sorry, but there are around hundred emails out to users that are informed that their subscription end...
What can I do now?
