[#1437] Subscription cancelling und automatic renewals

Hello,

I have a plan that should renew automatically (which I can set in the plan settings).

If the user cancels the plan he should be able to have access until the point in time for what he has already paid - just that the subscription should not renew automatically anymore.
Is that possible? If yes, how? Am I using the right terminology here?

Best regards

Carsten

No, that's not the case with CBSubs. When the user cancels it cancels the entire subscription. However, your use case is something we're looking into for a future release.
