Can't seem to upgrade to newly created subscription plan

Does this happen for every user? or is this just happening for your user? Please PM backend super administrator login credentials and will take a look.

I don't see how this is even possible. A plan can not be in an Expire and Active state at the same time. It seams like purely a language string or display issue. My best guess would be one of the following language strings was changed.

Key: Active %s
String: Active %s

Key: Active, expiring on %s
String: Active, expiring on %s

Are you using any language overrides for either of the above?

Hi Krileon, it looks like it's happening for every user. I'm not using any overrides in CB.

Where would these language strings be located as I could not find those language strings you mentioned in the file: components/com_comprofiler/plugin/language/default_language/default_language.php

Could the reason be that I did not install the CB Subs Language plugin yet? I could try installing this plugin....perhaps?

Ok, was able to duplicate your issue. Seams to be an odd display bug with free lifetime plans or lifetime plans in general displaying Expired like that due to not having an expiration date. Have added a bug ticket for further investigation and fixing.
