Is it possible or would it be possible to have profile edit tabs grouped or nested when a user edits its profile ?
We have several tabs with only privacy settings on them and would like to nest all these under one main tab so that it is easier to understand for the user
Do you have a feature for this or an idea of how to do it ?

Nope., will review adding a privacy control fieldtype to CB Privacy. This would let you add a privacy selector for any asset anywhere you like in profile edit and should accomplish what you're wanting.
