[SOLVED] Importer giving error message

We just switched from OSE to CBSubs today and have run into some walls. The biggest one we have is importing all registered users into a default FREE plan. When I click the import button, I get the following message.

Importer - error: Not all userId exist, are active (confirmed, approved and enabled) ! innexistant or inactive ids: 71, 705, 1997, 16115, 25623, 25630, ........

Any thoughts?

OK, got the inactive and other dead users cleared out of the 30,000 users. After running the import, we get this message:

30235 users subscribed to plan: FREE Urotoday Registration , with state: Active

Users subscribed (usernames):

But, not a single one of them is actually added to the plan. Whats up?

Also, you can't have any users who haven't activated or enabled their accounts. So, do that first!
