This area and the relevant forge areas:

are managed by CB Team members.

The default (fallback) language on Community Builder, GroupJive and CBSubs is in fact English. However, if there is a need to modify any default (fallback) language strings, then this should be done by installing and modifying the relevant English language plugin (and not by hacking the fallback language code).
