Is it possible to substitute like this in custom html field / CB conditional / Display Override ?
[cbsubs:if user="#displayed" plan="8" and status="A" /]Text to show to profile visitors...[/cbsubs:if]
Does that substitution suporting text area accept cbsubs substitutions?
If not... is there a workaround?

The CB Conditional display override functionality does not support content plugins. That would be a good addition though and have added a feature ticket to implement it.

Ok, this is now implemented. Please update to latest CB Conditional build release. You'll then see a new "Prepare Content" parameter below "Display Override". Toggling this on will allow Joomla content.prepare plugins to parse your override.
