[#7428] Language Problem with Overrides in Plugins

5 years 10 months ago - 5 years 10 months ago #309980 by ThomasKuels
In CB Plugins I have "Default language (english)" and "de-DE" installed. see pic

I made some overrides in "de-DE"-plugin, that work fine.

Now I wanted to make the same overrides for english language in "Default language (english)", but when I search for a key, I get the sam german text as in "de-DE". see pic

I guess, I am doing something wrong!
Is "Default language (english)" the right place for overrides, or do I need a seperate english language plugin (where from?)?

Overrides work fine in the default language plugin and in installed language plugins. I see the issue in the language finder code though as it should be enforcing the default language when searching the default language for keys and strings.

In short it's just a bug in the language finder.
