I checked... jquery is enabled on that config page.

I've no idea what's breaking the jQuery from loading correctly then. If you've any form of caching enabled try clearing all the cache. If you're using any optimizer extensions like JCH Optimizer try clearing their cache as well or disabling them. Everything is working fine in my tests and on our demo site below.

demo.cbdemosites.com/community-builder/user-lists

If issue persists try switching to default Joomla protostar template and see if that resolves it as it could be a problem with the Joomla template it self.

Bad news... I went back to CB v2.2.1 (7-30-2018 release) and now the lists work just fine. I definitely think something broke in the newer builds that is affecting the list display. And BTW... the F12 still shows that jquery error so I don't think that is the problem.

The list selector works perfectly fine on my test installs and demo site. It's likely an issue with your environment directly. Please PM backend super administrator login credentials and will take a look.

Ok, I see the issue. You've profile linking disabled and the userlist selector jQuery is with that jQuery so the jQuery isn't loading. I've installed a fixed build on your site and added a bug ticket to fix for new release.
