Strange, not sure what could've been attached to the account to cause that. If you still have the account retry after disabling CB Articles, CB Blogs, and CB Forums 1 by 1 as if a lot of articles, blog posts, or forum posts exist and their pagination parameters were emptied to show all posts on 1 page it's possible it could consume all available memory.

Please do not provide login credentials here. Change that password immediately or remove that account entirely. Please try my instructions in my below reply and see if that resolves it.

Your site is running out of memory, which is due to something displaying on profile. To find out what you need to disable aspects of the profile 1 by 1 until the issue stops.
