Hi Kyle,
A lot of my users are using mobile so it would be great to have a side swiping motion changing the pictures when looking at the uploaded pictures in CB Gallery.
I do know that it is possible to have both since I have implemented it already on some DJ Image extension.
Would be great to have it.

There's already left/right navigation binding for PC. Shouldn't be a problem to implement binding for swipe left/right when a modal window is open. Have added a feature ticket to look into this further for 2.1.0.

Yeah, do I need to enable something? Kyle mentioned on the gorge that it needed to have a nightly for cb to work properly. Or is there a setting that I need to enable?
You need to update CB as well. CB now includes jQuery Mobile with just the events to allow easy binding to mobile events.
