Privacy 5.0.0+build.2017.06.15.00.26.02.0baaad84e

Post upgrade to privacy v5.0.0 user privacy choices no longer show on registration form
Work perfectly as before on admin and user profile edit
Display functions as per field settings chosen by users

On registration 4 fields originally configured as connections
These now set to public
No buttons, icons or indeed any display to the user allowing them to choose privacy setting

Rolled back to previous version and works correctly as before

Sorry you cannot see on live as too critical for our users so rolled back
Issue replicated on dev, test and production servers with same result

Was able to confirm privacy controls not displaying during registration. Have added a bug ticket for further investigation.

Was able to implement a fix. Nightly should be available later today or early tomorrow.
