[#5839] CB Activity - Moderated Images in Stream was created by sysopcrew
I have image uploads set to be moderated. After I approve an image, the entry is logged in the CB Activity stream, but it's the "Moderating" image. I would expect the approved image to appear here. Is this a bug or a setting I'm missing?

Updated to 3.0.1.BUILD.2016.03.03.23.20.49.DF.8.EDAEFC and image still appears as "Moderating"

It's not supposed to be logging unapproved images at all. Have created a bug ticket to investigate and fix those system actions for next release.
