i would like to ask where the emails for the password and username are generated and composed because i want to edit them.i know they are not on backend so where exactly can i have access to them?
They're language strings. Install the English language plugin or modify whatever language plugin you're using (don't modify default_language). The keys for those strings are as follows.

The forgot login emails don't currently allow HTML. You'd need to modify core code to change their mode so they'll send with HTML. Specifically sendNewPass within comprofiler.php. Have added a feature ticket for it to use the same parameter as the registration emails for its mode so HTML support can be toggled on easily.
