Check within CB Forums > Config > Model > Kunena 2.0 on your live site that you've properly mapped the posts, thank yous, etc.. to valid visible and working fields.

I think I've got to the bottom of it...

forumposts was mapped in the CB Forum plugin and linked to the forum tab but I'd unpublished the forum tab.

By either publishing the forum tab, or linking forumposts to an active tab the top post now displays the count.

Spotted one other issue - the thank you field is the number of Thank You's the user has given.

Is it possible for it to display the number of thank you's received?
