Getting an error when users cannot view certain messages. Many thanks.

They can't view a system message? Can they view regular messages? Please ensure you've the latest CB build installed and see if your issue persists.

Thanks for fixing it.

Could you perhaps direct me to where that global message comes from? I can only find the messages found in "Community Builder: Edit Configuration [CB Core]"

There is no default global message that says "Test". You or a moderator would've had to of sent that message. It's sent by toggling the global toggle next to the To input when creating a message.
