Yes, you can enable resynchronizing on a per-provider basis on login.

Yes, a linked accounts tab is provided with easy to use buttons for unlinking their accounts.

A pre-filled mode per-provider is available allowing registration to be pre-filled with their provider data. Account linking will also take place during this registration.

Single Sign On (SSO) bypasses regular registration processes. So you can either use the pre-filled mode or if CB Paid Subscriptions is configured correctly they'll be asked to subscribe upon login.
