When installing

When installation finishes although it says "Failed"

After this and checking its status, shows latest version installed.

Somehow a duplicate entry was created in the _comprofiler_provinces table at some point. Delete the _comprofiler_provinces database table and re-install CBSubs Tax to clear it. Is this an older install that has been updated over time or a relatively new install?

Table dropped, reinstalled, table recreated, all work fine!
Message CBSubs Tax database adjustments have been performed successfully.

Is this an older install that has been updated over time or a relatively new install?

Old install with regular updates but new to MariaDB 11.3.2 on WAMP
