I already translated the 1.2.2 for portuguese-pt. If I install the new 1.2.3 will the changes be lost?

If you followed translation instructions you have a language plugin that will not be touched when you upgrade CB.

If you neglected the translation instructions and modified the default files directly your changes will be lost/over-written.
