As a CBSubs customer you have access to very detailed CBSubs documentation (which has a separate section for this module) - Please study it.
This is a Joomla module and you need to use Joomla installer (not CB Plugin installer) to install - the message does give feedback that you are trying to install using CB Plugin Manager and CB is telling you that it cannot find a CB XML file.
