There is a feature that I think would be helpful in some circumstances. I operate a professinal organization that collects dues every year for a lifetime membership plan. Many of the members use automatic billpay payments from their bank that come yearly.
When a payment comes, we dont have an open basket to apply the payment towards. We have to contact the member and ask them to open an "offline payment" so we can then receive the payment via the backend admin panel.
It would be great to be able to initiate that payment without contacting the member.
Is this a possible addition?
