what is the best component for leave review about the user? was created by kosmos_

Hi JoomlaPolis.

What is the best component for leave testimonials or review about the user.
For example user1 is visiting user2 profile and user1 clicks on the tab "reviews" and can write short review.
user2 after that can write "thank you" about user1 review or write "it is not true" for example
