Coolness with Joomla 2.5.1

My site is running Joomla 1.5.25 CB 1.7.1 Coolnes 1.6.1 installed. I upgraded using JUpgrade 2.5.0.

Problem seems to be in Jupgrade. When I selected not to move templates, I was able to upload Coolness. I am still having some issues but template seems to be working.
