Cloning value from a field to another was created by ducky13
Hello there at Joomlapolis,

I would like to do 2 things:
  1. automatically dupplicate the value of a field in another one during registration (and edit)
  2. same thing, but depending of the value of a 3rd field (kind of "Yes/No" radio button) during registration (and edit)
Additional question (related to my previous 1): is there a way to display the same field in 2 different tabs ?

Thanks in anticipation for your help !

automatically dupplicate the value of a field in another one during registration (and edit)

Do you mean dynamically or directly after registration/profile edit? See my replies below in similar topic regarding both.

same thing, but depending of the value of a 3rd field (kind of "Yes/No" radio button) during registration (and edit)

You'd just use Conditions on your auto action as explained in the above topic.

Additional question (related to my previous 1): is there a way to display the same field in 2 different tabs ?

Yes, use a Custom HTML field and simply substitute in whatever field you like. See the below tutorial regarding substitutions.
