[#7136] Very annoying thing about CB Gallery

Hi Kyle,
When I try to mass upload a series of say 10 pictures (that are in the order that I want them to appear, so named 1 and 2 and 3 etc...), then CB Gallery uploads them in the wrong order (First 10 then 9 then 8).

Any idea how to change this?

It uploads them in whatever order they are given to CB Gallery by the field input. For example I've the below files.

photo_1.jpg
photo_2.jpg
photo_3.jpg

If I just do a select all it'll upload 1, 2, and then 3. If I manually select 3, 1, and then 2 then it will upload in that order. They are then displayed based off their datetime upload timestamp so usually reversed of whatever you selected.

In short the upload order has nothing to do with CB Gallery; either your filenames are not in the order you want them to be when selecting all or when you're manually selecting them you're doing so out of order.

Have added a feature ticket to look into this further as it does make sense for them to display in the order they were uploaded. This is reversed at the moment due to the timestamps of the chained uploads incrementing. It maybe possible for me to just reverse the files array at time of upload to resolve this.
