Hello,
only "moderators" can comment on activities, even if I've selected "registered users".

When I try to comment an activity post as a registered user : the field is invisible.
If i upgrade that user to "moderator" (admin, but not super user), the comment fields appear on each activity post....

I'm a beginner with CB, Where am I wrong ? Thank you for your help.

Those parameters control global comment streams. You need to adjust the parameters for activity comments. Under Parameters > Activity > Comments > Create disable the "Create Connected Access" parameter to avoid needing to be connected to a user to comment on their activity.
