You have free registrations without a subscription disabled within CBSubs > Settings > Global. This will result in their account being blocked if they expire. Your plans in that case need to be public access, upgradeable or renewable for them to be asked to either renew or upgrade to be able to log back in. Alternative is to enable free registrations without subscriptions and they won't be blocked.
