No idea what that error means (it's coming from Facebook), but sounds like you didn't configure your application id and secret correctly within CB Connect. Please follow the instructions carefully and be sure there are no leading or trailing spaces when supplying your application id and secret. Do not request additional permissions or fields yet either; be sure the base usage is working first.
