Sorry, but I don't understand you.
I'm using an invite tab.

I made a menu button with this external link: "index.php/perfil-de-usuario/pluginclass?plugin=cbinvites&action=invites&func=new" and I changed control access, but any registered user can see this url...

If you created a menu link for the URL then you need to edit that menu link in Joomla menu manager and set its access. Setting tab/plugin access doesn't change menu access; that's all done by Joomla.

Just set the tab access then. They won't see the tab or its button if they don't have the appropriate access to the tab.

yes... this is that way now... but if any user has the invites form access (the url) can use it without problem...

pluginclass?plugin=cbinvites&action=invites&func=new

The chances of that happening is slim to none. Your only solution is to edit the CB Invites database row in _comprofiler_plugins and force an access if you want to limit access to the entire plugin.
