#2337 advanced search for never logged

I need to send a mass email to all users never logged in my site.

So I tried to use the advanced filter in tab user management. I selected the field "last visit" "is not" and added 2 dates (March 2010 and Mai 2011).

But the result is not respecting the filter "is not", the # of founded records is the same for "is" and "is not".

So any tipp how to filter all users never logged in with an empty "last visit" date?

Confirmed - marked as #2337 - sorry for the inconvenience.

I tried filtering for users that have Last Online is not between some date in 1901 and today and the result was not correct.

Not sure, but maybe it is also related to the date format. I am using german date format on my server.
