Yes, activity streams can require any combination of features to be included in a post. This is not just limited to uploads, but a post could be required to pick a location on a map for example.

Yes, there are two different ways of implemented custom activity. The easiest is a robust template system that simply requires you to provide template files for your custom activity (an example is included!). The other way is using Community Builder plugin triggers either using a custom plugin or through CB Auto Actions to display custom activity.

Yes, as there is no limit to the number of comment streams you can insert them into other extensions either by using Joomla modules or Joomla content plugin shortcodes provided by CB Activity.

Yes, like types are a database managed system so you can configure as many or few like types as you need. You can also set access controls per like type.

Yes, using CB Paid Subscriptions you can grant your users custom usergroups, which you can then use to limit all the features of activity and comment streams.
